To sum up how we feel about what the adminstration is doing, here is a quote spoken with much more class and eloquence than I will ever hope to have.  According to Abraham Lincoln:


"You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich. You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong. You cannot bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift. You cannot lift the wage earner up by pulling the wage payer down. You cannot further the brotherhood of man by inciting class hatred . . . You cannot help ...men permanently by doing for them what they could and should do for themselves."

For those of you who appreciate and wish to keep our democracy a democracy, spread the word!  Even though the bill has been passed on capitol hill, the states still have a say.

We had a movie night here on Saturday, and did it drive in style in the backyard, it was fun.  All the neighborhood kids from the cul-de-sac came over.  E'lan set up his "big screen".
