3917 Sundance, sounds good doesn't it! Rocks for grass comes with the territory, but E'lan plans to remedy that. The contract is pending and we are waiting! We can walk to church, school, and all the neighborhood ammenities. Lucky for us the market is BAD! We do not plan on moving any time in the next 5 years at least.
